The item I want is out of stock, will more become available? 

As a seasonal business there are many changes to products throughout the year. As such we will not always be able to restock an item when it is sold out. Please email clubshop@newcastleknights.com.au to enquire about product availability. 

 

I am missing an item from my order, what should I do? 

If you are missing an item, please contactthe Knights Club Shop on 1300 465 644 or clubshop@newcastleknights.com.au within 7 days of receiving it. 

 

Can I modify my order? 

Please be aware that once an order has been placed, we may not be able to modify it. If for some reason you are unhappy with the order you placed, or wish to change it, please contactthe Knights Club Shop on 1300 465 644. 

 

I’m a Knights Member, how do I get my discount? 

Simply use the email address on your membership account at checkout and the discount will automatically be applied. Don’t have an email address on file? Please contact the Knights Membership team on 1300 465 644 for alternatives. 

 

What methods of payment do you accept? 

Mastercard, Visa, ShopPay, After Pay, Pay Pal, AMEX

 

Do you offer Click & Collect? 

You can Click and Collect your items free of charge from the Knights Club Shop at 294 Turton Rd, New Lambton. Orders will be ready for pick up within 1-3 business days once your order is confirmed. Please wait for communication to collect them. 

Click and Collect orders will be held for no more than 21 days from the time of collection notification. Any orders not collected in this time will be forfeited and money refunded (less an administration fee of $15). 

 

What are the shipping costs? 

Shipping is charged at a standard rate, regardless of the weight of your parcel.  

  • Standard $15.00 - AUSTRALIA  

  • Express $20.00 – AUSTRALIA 

  • Overseas $35.00 - NEW ZEALAND 

  • Overseas $45.00 - INTERNATIONAL 

International postage costs do not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties. 

 

When will my order be shipped? 

We aim to have every order shipped from the Knights Club Shop within 1-3 Business Days. This excludes during our 2 weeks closure period over Christmas/New Year. 

 

Can I track my order? 

Once your order has been processed you will receive tracking information. Please email clubshop@newcastleknights.com.au to confirm your tracking details if you have not received this. 

 

Can I return my order if I am unhappy with it? 

Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, but you can exchange. Refunds/Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided. 

Products must be returned in the condition they were purchased; this includes swing tags attached and original packaging. Sale and Clearance items cannot be refunded.
