Return Policy
IN THE EVENT THAT YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, PLEASE FOLLOW THE BELOW STEPS TO RETURN/EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM:
Refunds will not be provided for change of mind. Refunds/Exchanges can be made within 14 days of purchase. A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided. Please note that original shipping will not be refunded.
Products must be returned in the condition it was purchased; this includes swing tags attached and original packaging. Sale and Clearance items cannot be refunded.
NOTE: In the event that you have received a faulty product, the above conditions may not apply, please contact us directly (clubshop@newcastleknights.com.au) and we will organise a refund or repair.

FOR EXCHANGES, you will also be required to include a reply-paid satchel for returning the goods. Failure to do so will require additional postage charge as per our shipping costs.
We suggest returning your item(s) by Recorded Delivery, Registered Post or your local equivalent as we do not accept any liability for returned items lost in transit.
