Returns & Exchanges

You can choose between a refund or exchange where goods are faulty and are proved to be a manufacturers fault. Proof of purchase is also compulsory. An exchange request must be made within 14 days of the purchase.

Knights Club Shop will not exchange or refund personalized items due to the nature of the products.

If you change your mind or receive an unwanted present, we will happily exchange the item, except for perishable goods (including jewelry), providing the following have been met:

(a) The goods are returned within 14 days of purchase,

(b) Goods are in original condition, with tags attached

(c) The original receipt is provided

The Knights Club Shop cannot be held accountable for returned goods that are lost in transit when sending items back. We suggest that these are packed appropriately and sent via registered post back to the Knights Club Shop.

Please note the Newcastle Knights Football Club will not be liable for the postage costs of any items that are returned due to incorrect size or size swaps from the original order.
